Queues and Briefs

A queue is a collection of jobs (called briefs) that can be picked up by anyone assigned to the queue.

Each brief includes a description detailing the requirements for the artifact. In addition, projects, approval deadlines and collaborators can be assigned to the brief, automatically populating these fields when the corresponding artifact is uploaded.

The progress of a brief can be tracked by its status - “Pending”, “Picked Up”, “Reviewing”, “Required Amends”, “Approved”.

Queues can be managed only by team admins, by going to Greenlight > My Team > Queues.
